Coffee - really good coffee - is becoming increasingly important. Tony's Coffee & More knows this. Consequently, at the petrol stations of De Haan Mineral Oils, where the Tony's are housed, there is a strong commitment to coffee. It is one of the main pillars of the Tony's formula. To respond to customers' changing demands and requirements, they sought cooperation with Lavazza.

Coffee experience at top hospitality-sector level

Tony´s works with our high-quality hospitality-sector beans and the most modern coffee machines on the market. Tony's coffee staff are each trained at one of three Lavazza Training Centres in the Netherlands providing barista training courses to get their clients' coffee experience to top hospitality-sector levels. Because, even with such a great machine, if you don't know how to use it, it won’t serve you good coffee.

Detour for a good coffee

Selling good coffee is a very attractive proposition in terms of margins. What we find is that for a really good coffee, latte or cappuccino, customers are really willing to pay a few dimes more. And even make a detour for it.

Self-service and piston machines

At some of De Haan's petrol stations, self-service machines are chosen as well as piston machines and lattiz milk frothing machines. Some customers want to get back on the road quickly and have no desire or time to wait, while a large proportion of guests are happy to wait a while for the barista to prepare the coffee.

In addition to coffee to enjoy on site or for on the go, Tony's Coffee & More also offers Lavazza A Modo Mio machines, milk frothers and Lavazza coffee capsules for home use.
