A blend of washed arabica with single-estate washed robusta and the Indian coffee speciality Monsooned Malabar, known for its smooth and mellow characteristics. Monsoon Malabar coffee gets its name from the humid monsoon winds that blow on the beans, causing them to swell in size and giving them a mild and intense flavour, with low acidity. The ¡Tierra! India is a lush creamy espresso with a rich and velvety body with notes of cocoa and spices, hints of liquorice and a wine-like finish. Slow, delicate and gently roasted, thanks to the traditional drum system that preserves aromas and ensures a long-lasting aftertaste.
